TUV Certifications
Syc Cylinders Europe has TUV certifications to ensure compliance with European regulations for pressurized gas cylinders. There are three directives that form the legal framework for pressure equipment at European level:
- Directive 2014/68/EU: establishes the essential safety requirements for pressure equipment and assemblies.
- Directive 2010/35/EU (TPED): provides for the improvement of safety in the transport of transportable pressure equipment, while ensuring the free movement of this equipment.
- Directive SPVD 2009/105/EC: establishes simple pressure vessels manufactured in series.
TUV certifications have over 140 years of experience in the inspection and certification of pressure equipment and boilers offering highly specialized expertise in the industry knowledge required to comply with European market regulations.
